A subsidiary from a 50-year old company known as Foo Ho Kaolin which established in year 1974, by Mr. Chong Loy Foo who entrepreneur one of the very few Kaolin refinery business in Tapah,Perak. Legacy was passed to Mr. Chong Kooi Fong in 1999, with sustainable operation till today.

Process Flow
Raw Clay Extraction and Auto Feeding
Clay is extracted by excavators, mobilizes to the plant and input into auto feeder.
Thickener and Slurry Holding Tank
Slurry mixture is pumped into holding tank for stirring and de-watering process.
Drying
Process
Kaolin cake undergoes a natural drying process at the drying racks and sheds. Sometimes using burner for further drying requirements.
Spiral and Hydro Cyclone Staging Fine sand Rejection
Coarse and fine silica sand being segregated and rejected through the screening process.
Filtration
Machines
Filter press the slurry to remove water from the clay, producing compact kaolin cake form.
Crushing and Silo Packaging
Crushing and ball-milling for different product requirements and send to silo packaging. Finished product is ready to deliver.
